In the summer of 2018, I was frustrated to be unable to find a book about the history of my passion. So, I took a few days and wrote one called “A tiny History of Service Design.”
I’m no historian. So, this is simply a humble attempt to collect pieces of stories that show the many events, people, books, and conferences that have made Service Design such a powerful discipline today.
