The website servicedesigntools.org is a pretty good directory of tools and methods that service designers use. You’ll find description and examples of tools like the ones you just discovered in this chapter.

With each tool, you’ll find the academic literature reference and, in some cases, related case studies that show how service design practitioners used this specific tool in a real-world project.
