What are daily practices I could have to build my own service design library. One simple thing that you can do, which takes just one minute, is look at your phone, go in the photos app and look at the past photos of this week, what this will to it'll it'll remember you all your different experiences that you have, and you'll find one thing to say, oh, this remembers me how that coffee place.

Something lovely when they brought out the coffee. And then, from there, you can learn something new from an experience that you had. Another thing that you can do, which maybe takes five minutes, is a quick note about the service design. If we take the example of the café again, don't just think about, okay, this is an experience that I had and it was cool and interesting, but maybe just jot down a few notes.

Maybe just like bullet points, interesting things. Things that I want to copy about that. If you do it on the phone, super quick, takes five minutes. And with that, I've already more learning that is done. And if you want to go further, you say, Hey, ah, okay to invest 30 minutes a day for this practice.

Oh, so it's a very good investment. Then you could say, Oh, I can find a draft of a service design principle every day. Just a few notes. Now turning these bullet points into something that is more tangible. Again, it can be as simple as looking at your photos and reflecting, takes one minute, turning these reflections into rough lines and notes in a notepad, which takes five minutes, or turning reflections into a first draft, that's something that is maybe more shareable.
