How's the next Service Design Principles book writing going? 

Pretty well, thanks for asking! In fact, as of today, 70% of the book is now already available in early drafts. Some principles already have multiple drafts, and others are at an earlier stage of writing. 

What's the next step? 

My next goal is to have all the 100 new Service Design Principles from this new volume ready in a shareable draft in the upcoming weeks. This will allow me to bring in early reviewers to get early feedback and improve each principle even further.
