In this mini-course I share the questions people ask me about Service Design and instead of just giving them the answer I jot down here a few notes about the answer I give. In that way more people can benefit from the smart questions asked by the community.

These answers are just humble notes. They are usually short, imperfect and fully biased. I consider the answers more as pointers to help you continue your exploration. And if they can save you a few hours of googling in the process that's already a win.
