There are a few apps that help visualize Service Design projects:
  1. Smaply: create customer journeys, personas and stakeholder maps
  2. Custellence: create customer journeys
  3. UXpressia: create customer journey maps, personas and impact maps
  4. Blueprintly: create service blueprints (free but in beta)

Most of these apps are focused on:
  1. the customer journey: how the service feels to the user
  2. or the Service Design Blueprint of a Service: what is needed for the service to work and all the steps that the customer goes through
