It's usually pretty hard to find real-world examples of Service Blueprints as these contain the recipe to create excellent services and experiences. But here a few examples that are publicly visible online.
Marc Fonteijn collected in 2010 twelve examples of Service Blueprints:
Yiti Wang collected on Pinterest 36 examples of Service Blueprints
Still, on Pinterest, 龙易 collected 157 examples of Service Blueprints.
The community website Service Design Tools shows two examples of Service Blueprints.
The Living Guide to Social Innovation Labs by MaRS Solutions Lab shows well that a Service Blueprint can be used to show a service's actual or future state with three examples.
